At our facility, we’ll choose one of the regional menus—Red-Spotted Trout, Dried Beans, Meatballs, or Chicken—and top off our meal with Laz böreği. After lunch, we’ll offer an optional activity for you: the Black Sea’s rising trend, Zipline, which involves a rope activity on steel cables spanning approximately 350 meters at a height of about 10 meters over the Fırtına River. Following our break, we’ll take those who wish to join us on our Huser Plateau program, where you’ll feel the clouds beneath your feet. Our tour of Huser Plateau—the Black Sea’s highest plateau—will be conducted via local minibuses (extra charge). On this plateau, you will literally rise above the clouds—not just figuratively. During our tour of Huser Plateau, one of the highest Black Sea plateaus at 2,400 meters, you’ll have the Palakçur, Avusor, Çeymakçur, and Kavrun Valleys; the Black Sea coastline behind you; and the Hazindak and Pokut Sal ridges in front of you—meaning you’ll be able to see everything from 0 m to 4,000 m. We recommend not spending all your time taking photos. Sit down somewhere and savor this masterpiece of nature—and don’t forget to take a swing before you leave. On the fourth day of our Black Sea Highlands and Batumi Tour by Plane, after enjoying our final breakfast at the hotel, we head back to the Sarp border crossing. Allowing time for local shopping in the Black Sea region, we first head to the Tekpa Rize Cloth Workshop, where we’ll watch the production of Rize cloth live and have the opportunity to shop. The most distinctive feature of Rize cloth is its ability to absorb sweat from the body, keeping it cool and dry. Following our Rize cloth shopping, we’ll enjoy a panoramic view of Rize Castle. We’ll conclude our tour by visiting the Vatan Tea Factory—the Black Sea’s finest and most flavorful tea producer—where we’ll tour the facilities producing loose-leaf and aromatic teas, participate in the tea-picking process, and complete our shopping. For lunch, we head to the Zeytin Dalı Restaurant, where we’ll enjoy local specialties such as Akçaabat meatballs, pide, and various fish dishes.
