We’ll meet at the international departures terminal at Istanbul Airport three hours before our flight. After checking in our luggage, boarding, and going through security, we’ll board our Turkish Airlines scheduled flight to Rome, and upon arrival, we’ll board the private bus waiting for us at the airport. Then we’ll set off on our tour of Lake Albano, Lake Nemi, and Castel Gandolfo.
Known as the Village of Nemi, this village features colorful houses with flower-adorned windows, cobblestone streets, and charming shops selling its famous wild strawberries, and its charming shops—a village with a unique natural setting that makes you feel as if you’re in a fairy tale, especially with its stunning lake views. Castel Gondolfo, situated on the shores of Lake Albano, is a unique town that not only serves as the Pope’s summer residence but has also historically served as a summer retreat for many Roman emperors. After our tour, transfer to your hotel in Rome. Overnight stay at our hotel.
ROME - ROME
After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll depart with guests who wish to join our optional “Icons of Rome and the Vatican (St. Peter’s)” tour (80 Euro).
We’ll head to St. Peter’s Square in the Vatican. Upon arrival, you’ll have free time to visit the Basilica and the square, followed by a city tour of Rome. During our city tour, we’ll see Castel Sant’Angelo, where Cem Sultan was imprisoned; Venice Square, where Mussolini addressed the public; the Vittorio Emanuele II Monument; the Colosseum, which hosted gladiator battles; the Fountain of Love, made famous by the film *La Dolce Vita*; the Spanish Steps, consisting of 135 steps; and the Spanish Steps, which feature the Sunken Boat Fountain.
Guests who wish to do so may optionally join the Bohemian Quarters Night Tour (30 Euro). Our tour includes Trastevere, home to the city’s most beloved restaurants and street food spots. After the tour, you’ll be transferred back to your hotel in Rome and have free time to rest. Overnight stay at our hotel.
ROME - NAPLES – ROME
After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll head to Naples. In Naples—said to be the birthplace of the Margherita pizza and Italy’s third-largest city—must-see attractions include Garibaldi Square, Via Toledo, and the historic district known as the Centro Storico, which lies between the two. Following our city tour of Naples, an optional Pompeii & Outlet tour (90 Euro) will be organized for interested guests.
We’ll visit Pompeii, one of the world’s most famous archaeological sites. Pompeii lies at the foot of Mount Vesuvius, which erupted in A.D. 79 and destroyed the city. Thanks to extensive excavations by archaeologists beginning in 1748, the city has been brought back to life in all its former glory. Following the tour, you’ll be transferred to your hotel in Rome and have free time to rest. Overnight stay at our hotel.

Tour Notes & Important Information
Our agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change prior to the trip and flight. Our passengers have purchased the tour with the understanding and acceptance that flight details may change. Our agency is not responsible for changes in domestic connecting flights experienced by guests who have not confirmed their flight times and itineraries. Airline rules apply to group tickets; in accordance with group ticket regulations, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
Prices are based on transportation rates as of January 1, 2011; any increases that may occur up to the departure date will be reflected proportionally.
Our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour or change the dates, provided that guests are notified in advance. For programs that do not meet the minimum participation requirement, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour provided prior notice is given. In the event of tour cancellation, our agency is required to notify guests directly. As this is a legal process, there is no right to compensation.
Child rates apply when children stay as the third person in the same room with two adults. In a triple room, the third bed is an extra bed—a fold-out bed—and does not offer the same level of comfort as the other two beds.
In cases where the tour program specifies only the hotel category without naming the hotel(s) and/or where there are alternative options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified to you 48 hours prior to the tour departure. Our agency reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the star rating category remains the same.
Depending on the flight schedule, the panoramic city tour will be held the following day in the event of a late arrival. The tours specified in the itinerary may be conducted on a different day than the one(s) indicated, at the guide’s discretion, for any reason.
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2–3 hours, organized to provide a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with commentary by the guide; they do not include admission to museums or historical sites. Our agency is not responsible for the cancellation of panoramic tours—including other tours specified in the itinerary—if they cannot be conducted due to local authorities prohibiting access on the scheduled day and time, or if they are canceled due to closed roads resulting from any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible to conduct, our agency is not responsible for the cancellation of such tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transportation or on foot, as circumstances permit, in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is prohibited.
Optional tours are organized by our local partner agency with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number of participants is not met, the tours may be canceled, or the prices, content, and mode of transportation for the optional tours may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the dates and times of the tours may be changed by the guide based on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations, as well as weather conditions.
Optional tours are at the participant’s discretion and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in optional tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a rest stop along the route before the optional tour begins and will be picked up from the same location once the tour is complete.
To avoid any issues when exiting or entering foreign countries, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the end of your trip. Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic (T.C.) green passport must renew their passport if it was issued more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to their destination country and/or the airline may refuse to board them in Turkey. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger.
Our agency acts solely as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers; we bear no responsibility—including in cases where a visa is not approved or is not issued in time for any reason—and such situations do not entitle the customer to compensation. Visa and insurance fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, regardless of when it occurs.
The visa must be obtained from the country of first entry on the tour or the country where the longest stay will take place. Otherwise, our agency is in no way responsible if immigration officials deny entry into the country.
Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country; immigration officers have the authority to deny you entry. Our agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the traveler. To avoid issues with customs officials at the border of the destination country due to passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged: such passports must be renewed, and if the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be affixed to the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the traveler.
Since there is a possibility that police officers at the country’s entry and exit points may request a document proving the joint consent of both parents when our guests under the age of 18 are traveling alone or with only one parent; we recommend that our guests under the age of 18 and their parents exercise caution in this regard.
Our agency considers individuals who have registered for tour programs to have read and accepted these terms.
