Important Information:
Our agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There is a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change prior to the trip. Our passengers have purchased the tour with the understanding and acceptance that flight details may change. Our agency is not responsible for changes in domestic connecting flights for guests who have not confirmed their flight times and routes. Airline rules apply to group tickets; if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either, in accordance with group ticket regulations.

Prices are based on transportation rates as of January 1, 2011, and any increases that may occur up to the departure date will be reflected proportionally.
Our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour or change the date, provided that guests are notified in advance.  In programs where there are insufficient participants, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with prior notice. In the event of tour cancellation, our agency is required to notify the cancellation directly. As this is a legal process, there is no right to compensation.
Child rates apply only when children stay as the third person in the same room with two adults. In a triple room, the third bed is an additional fold-out bed and does not offer the same level of comfort as the other two beds.
In cases where the tour program specifies only the category without naming the hotel(s) and/or offers alternative options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified to you 48 hours prior to the tour departure. Our agency reserves the right to change hotel names provided the star category remains the same.

Depending on the flight schedule, the panoramic city tour for late arrivals will be conducted the following day. The tours listed in the program may be conducted on a different day at the guide’s discretion for any reason.
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2–3 hours, designed to provide a general introduction to the city and conducted from inside the vehicle with a guide’s commentary; they do not include entrance fees to museums or historical sites. If panoramic tours—including other tours specified in the program—cannot be conducted on the scheduled day and time due to local authorities prohibiting access,  or if they cannot be conducted due to closed roads resulting from any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible to carry out, our agency is not responsible for the cancellation of such tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transportation or on foot, within the limits of available options, in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is prohibited.
Optional tours are organized by our local partner agency with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number of participants is not met, the tours may not take place, or the prices, content, and transportation for the extra tours may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the dates and times of the tours may be adjusted by the guide based on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations, as well as weather conditions.
Optional tours are at the participant’s discretion and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in optional tours organized during the main tour are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a rest stop along the route before the optional tour begins and will be picked up from the same location once the tour is complete.

To avoid issues during your international departures and entries, your passport must remain valid for at least 6 months after the end of your trip. Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic (T.C.) green passport must renew their passport if it was issued more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the destination country and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger.
Our agency acts solely as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers; we assume no liability and are not obligated to provide compensation in cases where a visa is not approved or is not issued in time for any reason. Regardless of when it occurs, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
The visa must be obtained from the country of first entry or the country where the longest stay will be made. Otherwise, our agency is under no circumstances responsible if passport control officers deny entry into the country.
Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country; border control officers have the authority to deny entry. Our agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the traveler. To avoid issues with customs officials at the border of the destination country due to passports that are torn, worn, wet, or otherwise damaged: such passports must be renewed, and if the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
Since there is a possibility that police officers at the country’s entry and exit points may request a document proving the joint consent of both parents when our guests under the age of 18 are traveling alone or with only one parent; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents exercise caution regarding this matter.

Our agency considers individuals who have registered for tour programs to have read and accepted these terms.

1. A letter on company letterhead, addressed to “THE RELEVANT AUTHORITY,” stating the purpose of the trip, written without specifying the consulate’s name. (Signatures must belong to individuals listed in the company’s signature circular)

FOR GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES

1. An official “Visa Application Letter” written on letterhead addressed to the relevant authority (stating the purpose of travel and your position, signed and stamped by the authorized signatory of the institution).
2. Official duty and leave authorization document with an official stamp and signature
3. Copy of employee ID card (if available)
4. If a contract-based government employee, the SGK employment registration form
5. SGK registration and service record must be obtained from e-Government with a barcode
6. Pay stubs for the last 3 months
7. Copies of documents demonstrating financial resources, such as a bank statement, credit cards, vehicle registration, and real estate documents.

NOTES
*Copies of marriage certificates are required for married couples applying for a visa.
* Two photographs must not be older than 6 months (The background of the photographs must be white, and they must be biometric photos.)
* A personal application is required to obtain a Schengen visa for the first time. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip.
* Travel health insurance valid abroad (with a limit of 30,000 Euro) is required for all occupational groups applying for a visa.
* A personal letter addressed to the "relevant authority," stating the purpose of the trip, must be submitted for all visa applicants. The name of the consulate must not be mentioned in the letter.
* For all visa applicants, you must provide a front and back copy of your ID, along with your home and work addresses and phone numbers.
* Please request hotel and flight confirmation documents from our department to submit with your visa application.
* Bank account statements must be no more than one week old and must include information for the past three months.
