Meet at the Turkish Airlines counter in the International Departures Terminal at Istanbul Airport three hours before the flight. After completing baggage, ticket, and passport formalities, we will depart for Zurich at 12:45 PM on Turkish Airlines flight TK1913. Upon arrival at 1:40 PM local time, our city tour of Zurich begins with the vehicle waiting for us at the airport. Zurich, Switzerland’s largest city, is also its cultural and economic capital. Situated on the shores of Lake Zurich and at the foot of the Alps, the city welcomes millions of tourists year-round with its rich history and culture. The city’s name, Turus, dates back to the Neolithic and Bronze Ages. During the Roman occupation in the 2nd century AD, it was named “Turicum,” which is pronounced “Züri” when translated into Swiss German. According to the latest data, Zurich is Europe’s most livable city and is also known as Switzerland’s cultural capital. On our city tour, we’ll visit the Grossmünster Monastery with its twin towers, the Fraumünster Church, notable for its 19th-century stained-glass windows, the shopping street Bahnhofstrasse, lined with the storefronts of famous Swiss brands, the Limmat River, which flows through the city center into Lake Zurich, and the elegant bridges spanning the river that connect the city’s two banks, and St. Peterskirche Church, home to Europe’s largest clock.Afterward, guests who wish to do so may opt to join the optional Lake Zurich boat tour (40 Euro). Following the tour, transfer back to our hotel and free time. Overnight stay at our hotel.
ZURICH - ZURICH
After breakfast at the hotel, you’ll have free time. Guests who wish to do so may join our guide for the Grindelwald & Lucerne tour (130 Euro). Our journey begins to Grindelwald, a town known as the “roof of Europe” and a hub for adventure. In the winter, it hosts the country’s most important and most-visited ski resorts; in the summer, it welcomes hundreds of thousands of tourists annually with approximately 300 km of hiking and sports trails. In this town, often referred to as the “roof of Europe,” we’ll take the cable car to First Peak to view the town from its highest point and enjoy the breathtaking views of the unique Alpine mountains and Swiss nature.(The cable car fee is not included; it will be collected in town during the tour based on availability, at 60 CHF per person. Prices may vary depending on the season.) We’ll have free time at the summit. After the tour, we’ll head to Lucerne. In this enchanting city, after seeing the Lion Monument—erected in memory of the 800 Swiss soldiers who died defending King Louis XVI and his family—the Chapel Bridge, and the stunning views of Lake Lucerne, we conclude our tour and transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
ZURICH - GENEVA
After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll set off for Geneva. Along the way, we’ll stop in Bern, the capital of Switzerland and its fourth-largest city, where we’ll once again marvel at Switzerland’s unique natural beauty. The name “Bern” comes from the German word “bärn,” meaning “bear.” During our tour of the capital, we’ll witness examples of urbanization dating back to the Middle Ages. The sites we’ll visit in order include Bern’s Old Town (Bern Altstadt), Bundesplatz Square, Münstergasse Square, the Aare River, the Bern Prison Tower, the Zytglogge clock tower, the History Museum, the Parliament Building, Bern Cathedral, various Bern fountains, and Bern’s covered markets—similar to those we often see in our own country. Our final stop is Einstein’s house (photo break); after completing our tour here, we’ll head to Geneva, the European headquarters of the United Nations, and begin our Geneva City Tour. During our city tour, which will include some walking, we’ll see the Mont Blanc Bridge, Jean-Jacques Rousseau Island, the Flower Clock, the Grand Cathedral, Peace Park, and the United Nations Building. After the tour, we’ll transfer to our hotel for the night.
GENEVA - GENEVA
After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish to do so may join our Ouchy, Lausanne, Montreux, and Chillon Castle combo tour (90 euros). We’ll head to the city of Lausanne, known for the treaty that laid the international legal foundation of our Republic. During our city tour, we will visit Uşi Castle, where the Uşi Treaty was signed; the Bourivage Hotel, where the Lausanne Treaty was signed; the Olympic Museum; Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Palais de Rumine, the Cantonal Museum of Fine Arts, Place de la Louve, the Lausanne History Museum, and the Sauvabelin Tower. After the tour, we’ll have a short free time. Following this, our next stop is the Ouchy district, where you can explore the local atmosphere and the harbor area. After a brief break here, we’ll continue on to the Montreux district, where the Montreux Agreement was also signed. We will explore this charming, small resort town—known for its aristocratic and bourgeois character—located on the shores of Lake Geneva, which is also mentioned in the Montreux Straits Convention, a treaty we often hear about in our own country. We’ll also get to see the building where the Montreux Agreement was signed. Following our tour of Montreux, we’ll visit Chillon Castle (from the outside), Switzerland’s most visited landmark, located very close to where we are. Situated right at the heart of the stunning convergence of Lake Geneva and the Alps, this castle offers us an incredible feast for the eyes. After the tour, we’ll transfer to our hotel in Annemesse. Overnight stay at the hotel.
GENEVA - ISTANBUL

There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change prior to the trip. Our passengers have purchased the tour with the understanding and acceptance that flight details may change. Our agency is not responsible for changes in domestic connecting flights for guests who have not confirmed their flight times and routes. Airline rules apply to group tickets; if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either, in accordance with group ticket regulations.
Prices are based on transportation rates as of January 1, 2011, and any increases that may occur by the departure date will be reflected proportionally.
Our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour or change the dates, provided that guests are notified in advance. In programs where there are insufficient participants, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with prior notice. In the event of tour cancellation, our agency is required to notify the cancellation directly. As this is a legal process, there is no right to compensation.
Child rates apply only when children stay as the third person in the same room with two adults. In a triple room, the third bed is an additional bed in the form of a fold-out bed and does not offer the same level of comfort as the other two beds.
In cases where the tour program specifies only the category without naming the hotel(s) and/or offers alternative options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified to you 48 hours prior to the tour departure. Our agency reserves the right to change hotel names provided the star rating category remains the same.
Depending on the flight schedule, the panoramic city tour for late arrivals will be conducted the following day. The tours listed in the program may be conducted on a different day than the specified day(s) at the guide’s discretion for any reason.
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2–3 hours, designed to provide a general introduction to the city and conducted from inside the vehicle with a guide’s commentary; they do not include entrance fees to museums or historical sites. If panoramic tours—including other tours specified in the program—cannot be conducted on the scheduled day and time due to local authorities prohibiting access, or if they cannot be conducted due to closed roads resulting from any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible to carry out, our agency is not responsible for the cancellation of such tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transportation or on foot, as circumstances permit, in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is restricted.
Optional tours are organized by our local partner agency with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number of participants is not met, the tours may not take place, or the prices, content, and transportation for the extra tours may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the dates and times of the tours may be adjusted by the guide based on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations, as well as weather conditions.
Optional tours are at the participant’s discretion and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in optional tours organized during the main tour are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a rest stop along the route before the optional tour begins and will be picked up from the same location once the tour is complete.
To avoid issues during your international departures and entries, your passport must remain valid for at least 6 months after the end of your trip. Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic (T.C.) green passport must renew their passport if it was issued more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the destination country and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger.
Our agency acts solely as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers; we assume no liability and are not obligated to provide compensation in cases where a visa is not approved or is not issued in time for any reason. Regardless of when it occurs, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
The visa must be obtained from the country of first entry for the tour or the country where the longest stay will be made. Otherwise, our agency is under no circumstances responsible if passport control officers deny entry into the country.
Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country; passport control officers have the authority to deny entry. Our agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the traveler. To avoid issues with customs officials at the border of the destination country due to passports that are torn, worn, wet, or otherwise damaged; such passports must be renewed, and if the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
Since there is a possibility that police officers at the country’s entry and exit points may request a document proving the joint consent of both parents when our guests under the age of 18 are traveling alone or with only one parent; we recommend that our guests under the age of 18 and their parents exercise caution regarding this matter.
Our agency considers individuals who have registered for tour programs to have read and accepted these terms.
